By accessing or using PillarNex ERP (available at erp.pillarnex.com) or this website (pillarnex.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are using PillarNex on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

PillarNex is a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform providing inventory management, procurement, point of sale, HR, payroll, and related business management tools.

We also offer on-premises deployments for organisations that require self-hosted infrastructure.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

One account may represent one business entity. Multi-tenant or reseller arrangements require a separate agreement.

You agree to use PillarNex only for lawful business purposes.

You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform.

You must not use the platform to store or transmit malicious code, spam, or illegal content.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into PillarNex.

By using the platform, you grant PillarNex a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service.

We do not sell or share your business data with third parties for marketing purposes.

For on-premises deployments, your data never leaves your own infrastructure.

Upon account termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

Payments are due as specified in your subscription agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend access for accounts with overdue payments after reasonable notice.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss your situation.

PillarNex, its logo, design, and software are the intellectual property of PillarNex and its developers.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us to improve the platform without obligation to you.

We aim to maintain high availability of the cloud platform but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

PillarNex is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

Data export requests must be made within 30 days of termination.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the platform.

Continued use of PillarNex after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
